I can't WAIT to get one of these for Carlee!
These are in the All Services Exchange Catalog for only $99! The age requirement is 4, but I think Carlee will be okay. You know, it's never too early to start a good workout regimen. You know, indoor walking and indoor cycling?
I mean... I guess I could just go for a walk with her outside... or ride bikes with her to the park... but...
nah.

I also like that Leap Frog game with the little bike. But I don't know how much those are....I like the idea of starting a good attitude towards exercise though!
lol I'm not really going to get Carlee one of those. :) I think she should be outside exercising the best way she knows how, by playing. :) I guess I can see the extreme cases where these exercise equipment could be deemed necessary, but I honestly think that most kids just need to be encouraged to go outside and play. :) Although, I have seen a few fun console games that involved some exercise, might be something she can do with Tony since he's such a gamer. I'll have to check out that Leap Frog one. :0)
*lol* I keep telling J that I would rather be on my elliptical than go do the same thing outside... he doesn't get it. ;) Very cute pint-sized exercise equipment. :)
and btw, at our house, the kids do 99.9% of THEIR exercising OUTSIDE. Mine is inside, I'll admit....
lol my exercise is inside too, but I think the kids should at least have fun exercising while they enjoy it. Then whenever it loses the fun aspect, they can use those little nifty contraptions. :) For some though, the fun never goes out of exercising... I wish I could be like that. :)
Tell me about it!! J still would rather go for a run outside. And I can't KEEP the kids in this week now that it is actually *warm* (relatively speaking of course)... As soon as we were finished with our lunchsupperdinner they gave J and I this huge list of all the things they were doing today before it rains. *lol* They might be like their dad and keep the enjoyment........
